Welcome to Speakblock, a communication and productivity platform that helps you boost your personal effectiveness by working and collaborating with friends and clients. Our platform allows you to chat, schedule meetups, and plan group activities.

By using Speakblock's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Account Registration: To use our services, you must create a personal account and provide Speakblock Inc. with accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account. During the registration process, you will need to provide a self-supplied Speak ID (username on Speakblock application), registered name (first name and last name), and phone number (only known to the system but not visible to other users).

Services: Our services are free of charge and include the following features:

• To-do: A 7-day cycle of activities for you to arrange your week. It is only centered on a single user and can be used without other users.
• Chat: Helps you start topic-based chats in which users are called into chatrooms for a maximum duration of 30 minutes. It is a combination of a chat and a call, and therefore, also called a chat-call.
• Meet: Enables meeting scheduling, including appointments, dates, events, and calls. These meetups allow for rescheduling, removal of existing participants, and addition of new participants.
• Plan: Organizes users into groups where chats are scheduled, tasks are assigned, and messages are exchanged in order to keep all members informed.

Although there is no age restriction for registration on Speakblock, you must adhere to the limits in several jurisdictions for signing up on mobile applications.

Prohibited Activities: The Speakblock platform is not allowed to be used for the following purposes:

• Sending spam.
• Scamming users.
• Encouraging violence.
• Exchanging offensive contents such as pornography.

Violation of these terms of service may result in a temporary or permanent ban from Speakblock. You have the right to terminate your relationship with Speakblock Inc. by ceasing to use our services.

Disruptions and Limitations: Speakblock Inc. cannot guarantee that our services will always be without disruptions, delays, or errors due to circumstances beyond our control. We may need to carry out maintenance or upgrade our services, which may involve the suspension or limitation of the use of our application. Users are not entitled to claim damages no matter how adversely affected they are.

Warranty and Liability: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Speakblock Inc. is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold Speakblock Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of any agreement with any third party as a result of the transmission of any content onto Speakblock's servers and/or from the use of your account.

Updates to Terms of Service: Speakblock Inc. reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time with or without notice. The updated terms will supersede all earlier versions.

Beta Version: Since these terms of services represent a product (Speakblock mobile application and/or website) and/or company (Speakblock, Inc.) on a test beta (software test) version, we are not liable for consequences on how a user uses the app and cannot be sued for any reason relating to the use of this product. This Terms of Service is effective as of the date of its last revision.
